1 Ticket Wins $151.9 Million, Next Powerball Jackpot $15 Million

There was 1 jackpot winning ticket, sold in Rhode Island, for Wednesday’s Powerball lotto drawing.  The winning numbers 8, 23, 32, 37, 39, Powerball 38, Powerplay 3resulted in nearly 735,000 winning tickets, including 6 ‘match 5′ tickets each worth $200,000 cash.  The Jackpot for the Saturday December 1st drawing is expect to be $15 million.
